News coming in after the indicates that the student portals have now been opened.
This comes after a top management meeting between rector of the institute, other top managing officials and the leadership of the Concerned Tertiary Students of GIJ (CTSG)
Whiles we are yet to get more details on the outcome of the meeting, checks on the portals reveal that indeed students who haven't paid their fees can now have full access to their portals.
Hitherto this, students who hadn't paid their fees couldn't view their results from level 100 to the just ended semester which was completed online due to the coronavitus pandemic.

Information on whether deadline for payment of fees will be extended or not is yet to be known
