Academic Affairs Registry (AAR) of the Ghana Institute of Journalism has released the final timetable for the second semester supplementary examinations for the 2019/2020 academic year. 

This examination is for students of the Institute who due to genuine reasons accepted by the school were not able to write or complete the just ended second semester online examinations.

A copy of the letter signed by the Academic Affairs Registry of GIJ (AAR)

A notice signed by the Academic Affairs Registry indicates that the examinations will start from Monday, 27th July to Wednesday 5th August, 2020. 

The statement went on to indicate tha all affected students have already been contacted via their institutional emails. 


"However students who successfully submitted their work to the E-learning portal, lecturers' email and designated emails are exempted from this exercise " the statement went on to clarify. 

All students that were affected are to check their institutional emails and register at May-2020exams@gij.edu.gh.

The statement concludes with a warning to students who flout this directive to attempt to write when they aren't supposed as they will be "severely dealt with".
