INFORMATION TO EXECUTIVES OF CLUBS, HALLS AND SOCITIES

The Students’ Representative Council wishes to inform Executives of Halls, Clubs and Societies should be on campus from Thursday, July 4, 2019 for their photoshoot.

The pictures are needed to aid in the production of the upcoming Official SRC Magazine.

All Executives of the various Halls, Clubs and Societies should also submit their brief reports (not more than one document) to the magazine production team.

Also, Winners and runner ups for both Mr. & Miss Akwaaba and Face of GIJ should also be present for the photoshoot.

NOTE: Deadline for the photoshoot is July 15, 2019
