The General Secretary of GIJ-SRC, Nambe Patrick, has issued a directive
for presidents/heads of clubs, halls and societies on campus to submit a data
of their new leadership by the close of Monday, May 27th, 2019.
This action is aimed at "getting a working database of
Halls, Clubs and Societies, as well as facilitate the processing of lecture
halls and space for various events on campus" the statement said.
All bodies that fall under this directive are expected to
include the names of all executives, their respective positions, level/class,
programme of study and an active Phone/WhatsApp number and are advised to give
present the information in Microsoft Excel Format.
