The Women's Commission of the Ghana Institute of Journalism on Wednesday launched a campaign dubbed 'Akatasia Campaign'.
It is meant to be a tool to encourage decent and professional dressing amongst female students of the institute.
First day of the exercise saw the GIJ-SRC Women's Commissioner, Farida Yeboah your various classes together with other commissioners to introduce the campaign to them.
She tells campusfylla that students have embraced the initiative and look forward to the campaign's success.
"A student approached me yesterday and apologized for the way she dressed to campus that day and promised to do well next time" she shared.
She also noted that this has also helped her and the commission find out more effective ways to tackle issues in dressing properly for both sexes.
