GIJ-SRC provides shuttle service for Students

The transport committee of the Student Representative Counsel of Ghana Institute of Journalism on Sunday 13th June, 2021 issued a statement which highlights the commencement of the shuttle service for students.

The bus transport service which started today is aimed at helping students with affordable transportation.

It will transport students from to and from both Osu and Dzorwulu campuses of the institute.

The bus will transport students who have lectures on the North Dzorwulu campus on Monday and Tuesday while on Wednesday and Thursday, it will transport students who have lectures at the ringway campus and on Friday, move to both campuses.

Students who will board the bus from their various destination to any of the two campuses are required to pay the following subsidized fares;

Circle to Dzorwulu campus- Gh¢2.00

Sankara to Dzorwulu campus- Gh¢1.50

Danquah Circle to Dzorwulu Campus- Gh¢ 1.50

37 military Hospital to Dzorwulu campus- Gh¢1.50 

Spanner/Accra Mall to Dzorwulu campus- Gh¢1.00

Circle to Ringway Campus- Gh¢ 1.50

Sankara/Police Headquarters to Ringway campus- Gh¢ 1.00
