Information for students who paid fees late and those who have forgotten their webmail passwords

Students who were not able to pay their fees before the set deadline (late payment) can now have access to their e-learning platforms a notice by the Academic Affairs Registry has indicated.

These students can now login with their institutional mail which is preceded by one's student ID number followed by @gij.edu.gh.

Additionally,  students are to login with the default password 1v9bt49nLtg after which one can change this password upon access.

In cases where a student has forgotten his or her password to their webmail, the following steps will help solve the issue;

1. Go to the login page on learning.gij.edu.gh, click on "Forgotten your username or password?"
2. Enter your GIJ email (in lower case/ small letters) in the "Search by email address" column and click "Search"
3. A link for the reset of your password will be sent to your GIJ email (webmail) - NOTE: Link expires after 30 minutes
4. Access your GIJ email and click on the link (not later than 30 minutes)
5. Change your password, confirm it and save password.
